ADVANCEMENT FOR ELITE ATHLETES
PRIVATE 1-ON-1 TRAINING: This very specialized training program enables players to receive individual instruction in specific areas of the game. Private Training allows the trainer to develop a program that is specific to the individual and their goals.
SEMI-PRIVATE AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING: This training program is great for individual attention since the group is small enough to still allow the trainer to be able to see and correct each individual player. It also allows for the addition of pressure and the use of other players to help in the learning process.
LARGE GROUP AND TEAM TRAINING: Group Training for athletes have overall group goals, but there also may be specific challenges for each individual. Large Group/Team training sessions can include sport-specific training, which helps them improve their agility, flexibility, speed, power and strength. Large Group/Team Training programs can even include specific game techniques with sport-specific drills and teaching.
