Accelerated Performance is committed to improving the athleticism and overall sports performance of San Diego's youth. Our training techniques are designed to improve an athlete's speed, quickness, agility and balance. Speed and Agility are crucial to the success of an athlete at any level. Our training program focuses on the development of the correct mechanics and muscle memory required to increase speed and reduce injury for all sports.

We provide our athletes with training in the following areas:
-Proper running form and technique
-First step explosion
-Power and Plyometrics
-Core training
-Acceleration and Deceleration
-Quick directional changes
-Stride length
-Balance and control

  • Along with Sports Performance Training, Accelerated Performance also offers Elite Soccer Skills training. We have been exposed to all levels of teaching and coaching developments that have produced soccer players worldwide. With this knowledge and experience of coaching, we want to express our passion and enthusiasm for teaching the true love of the game at ages U8 thru College Level. We strive to not only produce great players, but also great individuals. Our goal is to make soccer something they want to master.

    Our Elite Soccer Skills Training includes multiple "small area" GAME SITUATION drills that will focus on offensive and defensive strategies and skills for the players as well as proper positioning. Our main goal will be to improve the individual player through advanced technical training.

  • Players will be offered training in the following areas:
-Functional training (position-specific training)
-Technical training (individual fundamental skills)
-Tactical Development (decision-making)
